Designation: IT Recruiter
Work Location: World Trade Center, Kharadi, Pune
Experience: 1-4 years

Job descriptions: 

1. 1+ Years of experience in IT Recruitment [Domestic Market – India].
2. Nice to have understanding / experience in APAC Recruitment [Preferably – Malaysia].
3. Involved in a full cycle of Recruitment with Understanding Requirements, JD creation, Screening, Sourcing, Interviewing, following up on feedback / offer and joining.
4. Experience in handling Contract, Contract to Hire and Permanent/Full Time positions.
5. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
6. Experience working on different job portals – Naukri, Monster.
7. Strong understanding / experience on sourcing candidates via networking / social media sites.
8. Understanding on working on different ATS tools will be an added advantage.
9. You will be trained on the Internal / In-House Talent Commerce Recruitment platform.
10. Take complete responsibility of account and delivery and meet targets.
11. Strong experience in IT Staffing and understanding of IT Technologies.
12. Apart from Domestic Market [India]; willing to work or interested in learning APAC Market.
