The Parallels Between Golf, Entrepreneurship & Life With Brian Ondrako

His “North Star” is to navigate people to achieve extraordinary confidence and deeper connections

Brian Ondrako’s unique story began in the small town of Endicott, New York where he learned a lot about work ethic, empathy and gratitude from his Grandparents and early jobs as a Paper Carrier, Ice Cream Scooper, and Short-Order Cook. The long snowy winters weren’t helping his golf game so he ventured down to the whispering pines of North Carolina for college and never looked back. For many years after college and through his 20’s, he felt like life was just passing by and he was feeling very complacent and unsure of where life was heading and what his purpose was.

This dark period turned into an awakening of sorts and after a renewed focus on his curiosity and imagination it opened the door to what he called his “Renaissance Period”. It brought him into a world of deep learning and exploration that he hadn’t fully embraced since childhood. That curiosity sparked the entrepreneurial fire that has always been inside him but was buried for most of his life out of the fear of success, self-limiting beliefs and judgment of those around him. It was this period where his idea for his first Children’s book was born, literally, after the birth of Brian’s son and the bond that would form between a father and a son.

His “North Star” is to navigate people to achieve extraordinary confidence and deeper connections. He feels that if one can focus on these through the lens of curiosity, gratitude, and healthy living then we’ll have a greater appreciation for the world around us and create the building blocks for a richer and more fulfilling life. He is always looking to connect with new people and hear about what cool adventures they are involved with. Visit nickondrako.com for more.
