After seeing 33% of all requests on their consumer platform come from brands seeking celebrity driven video endorsements, ACE has launched a new commercial offering allowing businesses unprecedented ease of access to their talent for creating marketing content.
Brands such as Pizza Hut and HR Business Awards Asia, Agencies including Havas Media, and numerous start-up consumer brands, have already utilised ACE to book short celebrity videos for use in social media campaigns, virtual events, and sales prospecting activities.
ACE experienced strong growth of 72% in Q4 of 2020, and currently features over 400 well-known regional and international celebrities such as local Singapore actors Kumar, Gurmit Singh, and Patricia Mok, Malaysian talents Joanne Kam and Steve Yap, Filipino entertainment Pia Wurtzbach and Ruffa Gutierrez, and more recently, American stars such as the main cast of Netflix’s reality TV hit “Selling Sunset” including Christine Quinn and Mary Fitzgerald.
Singapore-based personalised celebrity video platform ACE, has launched a new offering which provides businesses and brands ease of access to celebrity and influencer video content for marketing campaigns at a reasonable price.

Building on the success of their consumer offering which launched in March 2020, now one year later, the company is responding to demand from brands of all sizes, to also be able to tap into celebrity video content. Celebrity and Influencer videos on ACE can be used to announce a new product or campaign on social media, in sales activities like customer appreciation or prospecting, or even to liven up Zoom calls with surprise guest appearances.
Celebrities still set their own rates on ACE, and prices for a business video are higher than a personal video, but the ease of access, booking and 7 day turnaround time has proved compelling to businesses who previously found it hard to find and engage famous people for their marketing efforts. Already, local Singapore stars like Allan Wu (The Amazing Race), Claire Jedrek (Racing Driver and TV Presenter), and Royce Lee (Host & TV Presenter) has all been engaged by local businesses for video marketing content on ACE.
Originally founded in November 2019, ACE is short for Authentic Celebrity Experiences and is a platform designed for fans to connect directly with their heroes or favourite celebrities for exclusive video content. This can be done via short, personalised video messages – be it birthday songs, words of encouragement or answers to burning questions – for a small fee, set by each ACE talent. The company raised $550,000 in funding in July 2020, and the new ACE for Business offering is one example of how these investment funds are being deployed to fuel the growth of the business in 2021.

According to ACE Founder & CEO, Dene Schonknecht: “Access to famous people doesn’t have to be out of reach. We have already broken down the barriers for consumers to interact with their heroes via video, and now we are extending this ease and transparency to businesses to allow them to create compelling sales & marketing related content. Businesses no longer need to be daunted by the cost or processes that were a barrier to celebrity engagement previously.”
